Tackling negative self-talk #1

Imposter syndrome often manifests itself through persistent negative self-talk, where people doubt their abilities and fear being exposed as frauds. In preparation for our 5-day challenge , here’s part 1 of a practical reframing technique that will help you reframe your negative self-talk.

  - "I'm not good enough for this role."

  - "I only got here by luck."

  - "Everyone will find out I don't belong here."
